Visit Chesapeake Bay Events

The Reedville Bluefish Derby is an annual fishing tournament fundraiser for Smith Point Sea Rescue. First prizes for largest bluefish and largest rockfish are $5,000.

Smith Point Sea Rescue, Inc. is a volunteer sea rescue service which covers the middle Chesapeake Bay between the Potomac River and the Rappahannock River. All members are volunteers.
