Christmas Wreath-making Workshop. Area native Don Haynie will lead two workshops,one at 10 a.m. and another at 2 p.m. Co-owner of Buffalo Springs Herb Farm in the Shenandoah Valley and a member of Stratford Hall’s Historic Gardens Advisory Panel, Mr. Haynie is well known in the region for his skill at floral arranging. Class size is limited to 15, so sign up early!

White Stone A Northern Neck Master Gardeners’ seminar will examine the use of marsh vegetation and other “living shorelines” to help waterfront residents protect their shorelines from erosion. The seminar is from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in White Stone. Admission is $15 with advance registration, and $20 at the door.
